These Terms of Service govern Kaviro VPN. Review them before proceeding: use following an opportunity to read the terms signifies agreement. Do not begin, or stop using the service, if you do not accept them.
Permission to connect
Kaviro VPN establishes VPN connections using Android VpnService after you approve Android's authorization request. You may disconnect at any time. Android settings also allow you to revoke authorization. Information handling and available privacy choices are explained in the Privacy Policy.
Limits on acceptable activity
Use the app lawfully and respect others' rights. Prohibited activity includes fraud, harassment, spreading malicious software, accessing systems without permission and intentionally disrupting networks. You are responsible for your activity and for observing the terms of external services you visit.
Changing service conditions
Device compatibility, network conditions, infrastructure and maintenance can affect availability and performance. Continuous connections and access to every destination are not promised. Access restrictions may be imposed where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or material misuse or breach. Any restriction will be proportionate; where practical and legally allowed, notice and an opportunity to address the issue will be given.
Responsibility under applicable law
To the extent applicable law allows, liability for indirect or consequential loss related to the service is excluded. This provision does not exclude any liability that the law prohibits excluding. Your mandatory consumer rights, guarantees and remedies remain unaffected.
Revisions and enquiries
The current terms are published on this page. Appropriate notice will accompany material changes, with consent obtained before those changes apply whenever required by law. Questions about use of the service or these terms can be directed to the developer contact details in Kaviro VPN's app store listing.
